We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from BioRock.earth. If you are not satisfied with your BioRock product for any reason, you may request a return.
To request a return, you must contact support@biorock.earth before sending the product back. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for completing the return. Returns sent without prior approval and a provided return label may be refused or delayed.
Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. After the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear, as timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny returns, refuse refunds, or reduce refund amounts where products show signs of misuse, intentional damage, abuse, or unusual return patterns. Original shipping charges may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
